A subtle yet deep bouquet of citrus rind, aloe vera, almond nougat, hay, and frangipani flowers, loquat and pear. Medium bodied with flavours that gain richness and texture through the palate with hints of latte, nuts, lemon pith, slate and minerality. A firm, fresh, savoury dry wine.
