Hand picked grapes from selected vineyards facing Adriatic and Ionio seas in Apulia peninsula. Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and 8 days maceration on the skins.
Tasting:The Barocco Primitivo has an intense red color. In the nose ripe dark fruits, red fig, a little cassis. Very spicy and fruity in the taste, dry firm tannins, fresh and elegant on the finish with an intense fruity note.
Perfect with pasta, chicken, lamb, game and cheeses.
