Anthocyanins are the natural pigments ranging from red to blue, present in black grapes. During the vinification of red wines, maceration of the grapes allows the gentle extraction of these pigments. They will give their brilliance to the wine. They also have anti-oxidant virtues favorable to health and especially against cell aging.
The Anthocyanin 2015 vintage is deep and spicy. Its ripe black fruit is dense in the mouth and its power is dressed with spices. it is the prototype of contemporary Fitou, charming and stylish. The palate is crispy liquorice and fresh.
