Tasting: Pale straw-yellow with greenish tinged. Lingering on the nose, with hints of pineapple, mango and yellow peach. On the palate which savoury, fresh, soft with a rather acidulous balanced finish.
This wine pairs well with fish starters, great as a base for cocktails, first courses with vegetable sauces, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
