The Castle Bellegrave is a family vineyard of Bordeaux led for generations with skill and panache by Caussèque. Located on the famous town of Pauillac, between the famous Château Latour, Château Pichon-Longueville and Chateau Lynch-Bages, the property enjoys an exceptional terroir.
With a vineyard of 8.30 hectares made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes, Château Bellegrave offers ample, powerful wines with an impressive regularity of vintages. The wines of the castle are a very beautiful interpretation of the Médoc appellation in Cru Bourgeois.
Deep, dark purple color. Rich nose with wood aromas of roasted coffee beans, vanilla and leather interspersed with concentrated fruit of blackberry, blueberry and cherry. Also rich attack with a strong tannin structure framed by juicy red fruit and smoky nuances of tobacco. Powerful final.
