Chateau Cusseau is an elegant and exquisite red dry wine in an attractive female style, with an excellent balance and harmony. Wine is produced in the same name Chateau, owned by the company Yvon Moe. The blend of wine includes the traditional for the appellation of Margo grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The traditional wine for Bordeaux vinification takes place in stainless steel vats. “Chateau Cuusso” is excellent already at a young age, but also has a good storage potential.
Tasting: Ruby color, medium intensity, the taste is elegant, smooth, mature, balanced, with a good tannic structure that does not suppress fruit shades. With attractive aroma of black currant and black cherry.
Chateau Cusseau will fit very well with fried and stewed meat (beef, bovine tails, lamb, veal, pork).
