Negroamaro Puglia IGT is one of the most important red wine from the Puglia Region. The land is cultivated organically, maintaining a synergistic balance between man and nature. Once the grapes are ready to be picked. They are destemmed and crushed, fermented spontaneously in contact with skins for about 20-25 days. Aged 3 months in oak barrels.
Tasting Note: Impresses with deep red, almost purple colour. Very expressive scent of currants and plum with hints of herbs. Very velvety on the palate with a real fruit explosion followed by an intense, long finish. Exciting wine where the high alcohol is well integrated. A real pleaser red wine that can easily be drunk without food.
