Tasting: Pale ruby red with slight garnet red tinges. Delicate and slightly flowery, hints of violet. On the palate which fresh, slightly tannic, lingering and velvety.
This wine is suitable for the whole meal, it pleasantly accompanies elaborate first courses as lasagne and cannelloni as well as grilled meat.
