Crushing and destemming of the grapes with maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C for 8-12 days, followed by gentle pressing
Tasting: Sentieri Infinity Negroamaro presents a dark red, almost black color, Pleasurable and delicate, with both fruity and spicy notes of marasca cherries, prunes and cinnamon. Round, harmonious and very drinkable, with a long finale. Suitable for meals with light appetizers, pork and beef, grilled or pan-fried, Italian pasta with tomato sauce and fresh cheese.
