Berry selection technique unique in the world (tribaie and calibaie). Realization of gentle macerations thanks to new generation vats, without crushing, allowing the immersion of the marc and favoring the extraction of the silky tannins of the skins.
Tasting: This wine is characteristic of the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation with rich colour, a fleshy feel and fruity flavour. Lideyre wines are nicely balanced and full of promise for substantial longevity.
