Grape Varieties: 100% Ortega
The Trockenbeerenauslese is the highest grade. The raisin-like dried berries are shriveled by noble rot and long midsummer heat, making the ingredients of the grapes extremely concentrated by the evaporation of the water.
The Ortega is a frost-resistant grape variety created from a cross between Müller-Thurgau and the Siegerrebe. The Siegerrebe is an aromatic grape variety with the aromatic grape Gewürztraminer as one of his grandparents. The Müller-Thurgau partly finds its origin in the Riesling. In short, enough noble grape varieties as a background to take this grape seriously. This delicious dessert wine is also a treat for the tongue. The nose is reminiscent of a fresh fruit salad and tempts the juicy taste with exotic fruit and an exciting acidity.
