Fully ripened Huxelrebe has a rich bouquet and flavor and, as its heritage implies, a refined Muscat tone. It is grown primarily in Rheinhessen and the Pfalz and to a small extent in the Nahe.
The yellow-green berries have a juicy, spicy taste and can become very ripe to raisin-like, lazy. The aromas are reminiscent of caramel, honey, mango, orange and peach. It enchants the nose and taste buds with notes of honey, mango and orange - a gift from nature, refined by the winemaker.
Fits very well as a dessert wine with fruit salad, fruity parfaits and desserts, but also with a spicy cheese, this selection is a pleasure.
