Appellation: Bergerac
Grape Variety: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillon
The wine is dry dominated by Sauvignon Blanc 90%, supplemented by 10% Semillon. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks with thermoregulation technology for perfect work.
The wine carries the glittering color of young gold. The aroma is intense, but unlike the Sauvignon of Loire, where this variety is widespread, the aroma is smoother in other keys. Here we can find traces of gooseberries, yellow pears, marzipan and elderflower. The taste is dry with a pleasant acid structure, very lively. Delicate tones of yellowish peaches and Provencal spices. The aftertaste is slightly salty. The wine blends well with fish and poultry dishes, goat cheeses and white wine risotto dishes. Eventual archiving can carry the wine within 2-3 years, but it is not his theme, it tastes great already as young, showing pleasant freshness and fragility. It will ideally accompany fish and seafood.
