Grape Varieties: Pulian white grapes
Crushing and destemming of the grapes, then gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-18º C
Tasting: The wine shows a very nice bouquet of pear, apple, limes, pineapple, banana, hazelnut, honeydew melon, spicy notes and acacia honey. On the palate fresh, full, juicy, lots of fruit, fine-spicy, it shows finesse and elegance.
Goes well with fish, pan-fried pork or veal, seafood, paella, soft cheese.
